Adult Latin + Ballet Classes at the New Rochelle YMCA

Adult Latin Dance and Adult Ballet classes in partnership with Accent Dance NYC! In Ballet class, improve your posture, physical coordination, balance, mental focus, and mental and physical flexibility while enjoying the artistry and expressiveness of ballet. Class caters to a wide range of skill levels. In Latin Dance class, learn the fundamentals of salsa, bachata, merengue, samba, mambo, tango and rumba, giving you a solid foundation — and reason — to dance the night away wherever and whenever!
